the guy with ID 7140 came to our house to steal solar panels in front of all of us we've Warning them multiple times and then we open fire
as you can see when we want to revive him his doing fear RP and after we got him again his Combat logging

and they repeat attack after one hour and I manage to kill him again and he combat logging again
