In this video, three random people were around our family HQ and in the video at time stamp 3:35, these strangers aimed guns at my family member ID 4195 and approached him in a hostile manner causing him to retreat. They then chase my family member up the street and engage in gun fire which in return I received radio chatter from id 4195 saying randoms aimed guns at him and he's in a shootout. At that moment I approached from the rear and shot ID 20137 due him having a weapon in hand and the ongoing shootout. It was in belief at the time he was hostile and his actions showed he was, as he was one of the strangers who aimed a gun at my family member and was still holding a weapon when I approached. In my opinion there was no RDM as the shots were already happening and I didn't have time to ask questions which would of risked my life.

If the group wasn't hostile, they wouldn't of instantly aimed guns when ID 4195 approached them so they caused this action to happen. They were the initial hostile party of this altercation.

I believe the evidence shows my side of the story and I hope the admin can see that too so the warning and jail time can be removed. Thank you.

Let me walk you through this.
They were never on your property they were at front door of their property.
they never even had guns out but ID 4195 came upstairs running with a gun out
That is what considered as HOSTILE .

Time stamps Walkthrough :-
At 03:32 - These guys saw ID 4195 coming towards them with gun out (Considered HOSTILE)
At 03:38 - Only 2 out of 3 guys took out guns.
At 03:40 - 1 guy who was back pointed because ID 4195 was hostile and on their property.
At 03:50 - ID 28768 just run behind 4195 , never pointed guns, and came back after 4195 was out of property (known as follow-up)
At 03:58 - 4195 started shooting, and u followed up.{RULE BREAK}

If you knew the rules you would know No one can shoot before giving demands.
4195 was HOSTILE with guns in hand running towards someone else's property.
You could have came up with no gun and talked to them as to what they were doing there.

You cannot run towards someone with a gun out on their property and consider them not to react, No one shot, no demands were given.
Resulted in punishment for RDM in City.

Ok when you gave me 8 hours to respond it was 6 AM my time and I have work in the morning so there's no way I would of been able to respond.

In my point of view, I heard there was shots fired and I showed up to the scene to see gun fire and potential enemies with guns in hand. Regardless of property or not and who had a gun in hand first, it was strangers AIMING guns at my family member FIRST. You saying ID 4195 started being hostile is false, they aimed first. I only shot because that my was initial reaction in a shootout. I see your point of view as an admin but in the heat of the moment it was not like that at all, I just defended my family member and my self.

I know the rule you can't shoot before giving demands but when I showed up there was already gun fire so I followed suit. How would I know from my POV who is shooting first, there is no way.

The rules lead situations like this up to admin discretion but like I said, my POV, I only defended my family member and myself. My reaction was not to DM people in the city.

I have already seen a similar complaint. Stop flooding. The administrator made the right decision
