Johnny Green was born to a family that didn't love him and put him up for adoption a few hours after birth. He grew up with his adopted family in Vice City. He's adoptive parents always abused him as a child. He joined a gang when he was 16 opening his eyes to a new dark world. During his time in the gang, he was given advanced weapons and driving training to out run the cops. After 8 months of training, Johnny was getting physically abused by his adoptive parents because he snuck out late at night to go to a party with his friends. After they were done, he went to his room pulled out his gun hidden under is bed and killed both his adoptive parents which spiraled him into having mental health issues and getting in trouble with police in Vice City. After 3 years, he decided to leave his gang life behind and get help with his mental health issues. He spent 1 year getting over his mental health issues and decided he wanted a fresh start in a new city.
The city he decided to move to was Los Santos. When he was there, he started doing basic jobs and eventually became a taxi driver. During his time as a taxi driver, he met FIB agents who were looking for a taxi cab serial killer. The name of the killer was Johnathon White, a good friend of Johnny and introduced him to the city. He couldn't believe it he didn't know what to do. So he decided to make the good decision and help out the FIB who would eventually catch and arrest Johnathon. After this event, it became Johnny's dream to be apart of FIB and help catch the most wanted criminals in Los Santos. He didn't know where to start but, he heard from other taxi drivers about a SAHP recruitment drive coming up. So he applied and got and interview and was approved to be come a officer at SAHP where he is currently working. As he tries to gains as much experience as possible so he can eventually become an FIB agent. He has also grown to accept people again into his life and considers the workers of SAHP his family. During his time in SAHP, Johnny Green was fired by Former Sheriff Phil Roberts which led him to take a job as a electrician for some time. Then, he was able to get his original job back in SAHP once he found out that Phil Roberts had been relieved of his sheriff duties by the state. He was brought back in by Sheriff Larry Mcgavin and wants to continue his journey in SAHP. Which led him to the decision to delay his dreams of becoming an FIB and continue his work in SAHP for as long as possible. After 2 months in SAHP, Johnny has become Chief of Detectives and has a worked very closely with Chief Rebekah Mclong on detective cases. Since then, Rebekah has become new sheriff of SAHP and Johnny is currently looking for a new partner to work with on detective cases.

- Due to his advanced weapons training in the Vice City gang, Johnny has the ability to use any weapon allowed on duty and any weapon picked up off of the ground
- Due to his advanced driving training and outrunning many cops in Vice City, Johnny has the ability to outrun anyone chasing or following him by off roading
- During his time as an electrician Johnny created a solar powered battery that he can use to have a 2nd body cam that is small and hidden attached to his shirt that is on 24/7 uploading to SAHP Servers prove that someone is breaking the laws. This bodycam is also attached to Johnny on and off duty
- Due to Johnny’s trait of having a good memory, he can guess who someone is through their mask based on the sound of their voice.
- Due to Johnny’s abusive parents and his dedication to his job at SAHP, Johnny has gained the ability to show no fear when trying to protect his fellow SAHP Officers and Officers from other Legal Orgs so he can 1v2
- Due to Johnny having a traumatic childhood, Johnny has learned to take out anger during interrogations and torture for information to criminals
- Due to Johnny becoming Chief of Detectives, he no longer would be required to show badge number/ID at request
- Due to Johnny's Innovative Mind and time in the Vice City Gang, He recreated a Truth Serum that was used in gaining information from Vice City Law Enforcement. This truth serum can only be used twice per interrogation
- Due to Johnny’s advanced driving training and out running many cops in Vice City, Johnny has become very skilled at driving at high speeds.
