car rams me on purpose then says he was parking even though he clearly slammed into me then runs into bloods hq and says are you going to shoot into hq

ID 29227 will be punished for Ghetto Rule 1.6 + CR
ID 29227 intentionally went inside the HQ, very well knowing the HQ boundaries.
