During bank robbery ID 11184 looted me while active gunfight going and as far as I know he does not have OOC corruption to loot either as a state employee.

Also not certain if rule 1.19 was broken or not by having that many barricades at the only entrance.

ID 11184 will receive a punishment for Violation of 1.15 State Rules. As for 1.19 State Rules, this refers to Fort Zancudo Events and was never meant to be used in Bank Robberies.
