Hello.

These 2 Vagos members were not wearing their 51% gang colours whilst going around spraying.

"1.9 All gangmembers must wear clothes at least 51% of their gang's color | Demorgan 60 min"

4767 was wearing black top, black joggers and black shoes. It's kind of hard to see his outfit on the video but he's a screenshot of his top and joggers being black.
