1. Why do you want to become an admin?
I believe the staff experience I possess not only shall bring value to GrandRP,
but in turn, I have great leadership qualities and work great with others. I am very active on the EN1 server. I am ready to leave the roleplay life and become an admin.
shall also help me to acquire experience & sharpen my skills amidst your severs professional roleplay and culture.
If given an opportunity I positively look forward to giving my best to your Sever. I am interested in this because I think it would allow me to contribute both my technical
and my people skills.I also want to become an admin because I have a devoted personality and will always do any task handed to me. I have great sportsmanship, I am kind-hearted
and I understand and know most server rules and city laws. I am also very mature for my age.
2. What are your strengths?
I noticed that the offer to join your admin team caught my attention due to me having the skills needed to fulfil this position.
My greatest strength is my written communication skills. My greatest strength is administering assistance which is one of the requirements for this position
I can be too critical of myself. A pattern I’ve noticed throughout my career is that I often feel I could have done more, but since talking with your administration and state org teams
it made me reairlise how easy to understand this server is and i care to carry on the leggersy. I have been in 3 orgs in GrandRP, in EN 1 i was in LSPD as a staff segent and GOV as a lawyer in
training. This proves that i know the city laws and i can expand on the city rules, and on EN 2 i was an EMS employee.
3. What are your greatest weaknesses?
One of my greatest weaknesses is that I sometimes focus too much on the details of a project. I have been striving to improve in this area by better monitoring how long I spend on a task and
allowing myself to re-focus on the project at large. That way, I can still ensure high quality while maintaining my productivity and helping my fellow admins and fellow citizens of GrandRP.
4. Will you be ready to leave RP life to become an admin?
I will spend 100% of my time being on duty as an admin, even if not [That would be rare] I will be free to answer everyone's answers or anything else.
5. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
I don't have a business and I will never have a business while being an admin.
