Hello, Me (52810) and my friend (52818) Complaining about the report from ID 13735

In the Clip the time in game is 17:07, which in the country where we live is 19:07. (South Africa)

The day of this clip we had load shedding (Scheduled Power Outage) at 09:05. (10 Hours Before the next wave of Load shedding.)

(I can provide proof of having scheduled load shedding on this day)
That is why in the clip the car is stuck because we were completely frozen due to the power going out, as you can see in the clip there is nothing that was able to get us stuck.

I understand it looks like we combat logged but I can provide full proof the power was scheduled to go out at 19:05. (Went out around 1-2 mins later)

I understand the Demorgan but the Warning is completely unnecessary since the situation was out of our control.
