Rejected Harassment and provoking and car ramming

This guy just doesn't want to leave me alone every time he sees me at the postal he starts honking at me non stop and kicking my car and car ramming me for no reason and when I try to drive away he chases me and keeps car ramming me an destroying my car and damaging my engine for absolutely no reason and this has happened twice so far please do something about it I'm sick and tired of him I'm just minding my own business trying to grind and he's ruining the game for me
