Rejected Cuffing in OOC event with gun drawn | ID 2486 | #00001

After our family initiated a store robbery with hostages, we were told by law enforcement that this was an OOC event, hostages did not matter, and that they planned to shoot. If this was true, then ID#2486 used handcuffs in an OOC event.

Regardless of if this is true, she applied the cuffs with her weapon drawn.

The video posted as proof is 10 seconds long. As NG we replied to a Global reinforsment and we werent sure if it was a store robbery or not. As soon as we got info it was ooc event we uncuffed everyone and finished them off. As far as me cuffing him with a gun out ,was just a slip up. Also they are talking in a third party voice chat while the event is taking place.
