Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
So I worked in EMS for few days but i learned so much stuff that they have so much shortage of staff during night shift and they could get a possible strike for that so for helping out that problem I would be keeping recruitment drives in 2-3 days and give more bonuses to those who work hard and deserve.
The promotion wont be based on time they give to org but it would be to those who work hard and provide with the best result to the org.
I will be changing the way of training and making the org more stable at the night shift
I will be making sure that FTO's train properly to the new recruits so they could do best rp in the 10-10 situation and stuffs like that.
I will keep sure that the trainings and work is fun not boring so they will enjoy there work because in EMS we have to do 24/7 job and we don't have any events so it is a boring job but to help the citizens and help them all the time in emergency is a nice job and i will be happy to accept this post . I will be hosting several events so EMS workers will be happy and nice to each other and citizens.
I will conduct several events inside the org to make a good family with each one of us and keep medical units every time ready near global if the orgs need help and we will do the rp stuff with them so it looks realistic and becomes more interesting and We could organise small small events with the other organisations also.
I hope that u will take my app for the leader I'm not to experienced in the city as per other candidate but for now I'm High Command in LSPD in just 2 weeks so u would be knowing how i take my work serious
