i was chiling in a parking lot, waiting to get a good car to steal for today, then i saw 3 guys raming a car outside of the parking lot so they could steal it,
when i drove up to them and told them i have it recorded they told me "i dont care" and then they stole it and drove away. this behavior is of someone who doesn't care about any of the rules
