    ID 8712 will receive punishment for ghetto rule 1.12
    However
    ID 82372 will receive punishment for powergaming

    ID 8712 you killing someone even tho he comply with the demands
    ID 82372 you giving a man weapons even though your hands are up and he literally asked to throw them away    ​
