Rejected NRP Barricade | ID 10625

ID 10625 Uses his barricade to climb onto attempting to shoot me from the corner, he also uses it to try to push me off the cliff. This quite unrealistic to use a barricade this way, especially a highway barricade

I actually observed this situation, and the officer that placed the barrier was not ID 10625, but another officer that was punished by another Administrator already for this incident. In the interest of fairness as this player and I have a personal connection, I have requested another administrator review this thread.
