I was asked by the Gods to post POV on Forum.

ID can be seen at 5:08.

I have more video evidence that sadly does not show their ID. I will have more in the future, if they are foolish enough to continue this behavior.

I can upload an extended version of this video too if needed.

I will continue to make an issue out of this, as it absolutely ruins the fun and fairness of the race, and someone does this almost every single time. Being banned for a couple of days should make em think twice.

I have more vids that show precise proof, on other IDs. Where I can see them sitting at the wrong place before the race, and see them come into the finish at the end. I just don't know if I should bother editing and uploading? I would like to know how this is being handled first. Is 6.23 the correct rule? In essence, these people are exploiting a game mechanic, which can be considered the same as bug abuse.

By now a bunch of other POV I got are "outdated"... I suppose you don't know what to do with this? I get it, it's all a bit gray area rule wise and POV wise.

An easy solution would be to drastically lower the race preparation area size. Right now it covers a wide area around the observatory, which is what allows for this behavior in the first place.
