Neo Flame definition of intelligent and a good worker since Neo was a child he always wanted to become a LSPD worker he always know how important the job is when he was 18 years old Neo had a test to see if he can join the LSPD he passed the test successfully when he joined the LSPD he get his training and after some time there he became the best officer helped everyone and made sure there is no criminals in the street.
After 3 years of being in the LSPD he decided that he wants to improve his skills so he joined the FIB which means he had to leave his friends in the LSPD he loved his friends like they were his brothers but he had to leave them so he can improve his skills.
After he joined the FIB he missed his friends so much and was so sad they cant work with him so he decided to start a family and include his friends after he started his family he realized that there is a lot of family's out there and he want to be in the top so Neo and his friends made some effort and bought a family business together a nice house and recruited some nice people.
After they did all of that he saw that is family is on the tops and people talking about the family he was so happy and he made sure his family have a future.

1)Always be respectful to all of the family members
2)No racism
3)follow all of the server rules

1) New Flame (people who just joined the family)
2) Flame Member (people that is showing up to events and proving them self to the family)
3) Flame Helper ( people that is always active and ready to help)
4) Flame lieutenant ( people that is in charge of helping the lower ranks improve)
5) Flame Manger ( people who is in charge to recruit some new people to the family)
6) Flame Capitan ( people who is in charge of giving out guns and help in events)
7) Flame Admin ( people that have been seen active in events and helping the lower ranks )
8) Flame Co Leader (people who is in charge of kicking and promoting people)
9) Flame Leader (people who helped the family so much they are almost the founder of the family)
10) Flame Founder (the founder of the family)
