Rejected the guy was cheating | 12562

this guy was shooting at us from the bridge then we killed him and he just disappeared so we thought we accidentally killed him so we went to petrol. then he showed up sunning and he got into his car we followed him then he starts shooting then we know that he was cheating because his health was not reducing and my fellow mate kill him again and he despaired again, then we conformed that he is hacking.
I would like a permanent ban on him.

I knew something was sus when i killed this guy and he didnt even have a wounded animation he just poofed. I didn't clip it because I didn't think anything of it but I have also witnessed this as well where he dies but doesn't go into wounded animation or anything.
