Approved Attack on Capital | Bloods

I have turned 52 years in city today, and I have spend majority of my days in the ghetto. I have lived and died in ghetto and I have loved each and every thing about it. From putting up a fierce rivalry with gangs to taking a fight to LEOs, I personally believe the most fun thing in the city has been illegal organisations and I have been planning to spice things up a bit. Basically all the gangs have a fierce rivalry among each other but the moment I was selected as a leader I apparently planned to make a difference.

There is no such event in the city, where all the illegal organisation fights together. So I would like to put forward a proposition for a mega event.

An open fight between the LEOs and The Blood Street Gang collaborating with other illegal orgs at the Capital. I believe It would be a huge platform for everyone to have fun.

So apparently,

Things have been really cool in Los Santos, with Christmas approaching, Martial Law still in practice, the city has taken a very lawful turn. Things are calm and people are quite safe. Legal Orgs had a hard time controlling city with Blood Street Gang trying to abrupt violence but apparently FIB kept things in control. But something deep is cooking up. Blood Street Gang has planned something massive internally, for the first time in ghetto two gangs have come together to storm the city with violence. Little did the citizens of Los Santos know that the calmness they are celebrating is the "Calm before the Storm"

Blood steet Gang has planned to hit the heart of Los Santos//The capital building. Masterminds have been cracking their heads up around the Captial building to come up with a plan, weapons/armours/drugs all are being loaded to Storm the Captial and to show LEOs all together.
Legal although has an Intel but is quite clueless of what is circling around.

The big day for Illegal Org is coming soon, things are gonna be massive, it's time for the city to fear and dread for their lives.

A. Basic Criteria for winning:

Legal Orgs -
1. Eliminate all the hostiles.
2. Secure the perimeter of Govt Building
3. Save as many hostages as they can

Illegal Orgs -
1. Eliminate all the Legal Orgs
2. Guard the building for a given period of time.

B. Timing of the event
1. Thursday 16:00-19:00

C. Basic rules
1. Gangs are only allowed to rob weapons and ammo from hostages but not money..
2. All weapons are provided by the orgs.
3. Illegal Orgs are not supposed to leave the perimiter of the capital.
4. Legals can use all routes to capitals including the secret routes.
5. Every 2 mins, Illegal orgs are allowed to kill 1 hostage (This would work as a timer for LEOs)
6. No reviving allowed.
7. Both organisations would be given only 2 Med Kits/5 steaks/1 Armor for the event.
8. Holding POV is a must.

1. Any random time zone would be selected for specific set of days. Illegal Org will storm the capital and catch everyone in suprise. Hold everyone as hostage.

C. Basic rules
1. No robbing/Arresting.
2. All weapons free.
3. Illegal Orgs are not supposed to leave the perimiter of the capital.
4. Legals can use all routes to capitals including the secret routes.
5. Every 2 mins, Illegal orgs are allowed to kill 1 hostage (This would work as a timer for LEOs)
6. No reviving allowed.

As you added a timer for the LEO's you didn't say what you want them to do so instead LEO's have a 20min timer to raid the capital and must try to keep the hostages alive so every 2min a hostage will die forcing them to react quicker on what they wanna do and if 30%-40% of the hostages were killed then state lost but they will still need to attack and if timer ended then they also lost but still need to attack too, also each side will have a limit of 30 members if there's something please update before the thread is closed if not tell us so we can approve the thread and close it
