Nothing in the rules state that I have to have audible POV when reporting for an action such as powergaming. I'm reporting him for breaking that rule which is why I don't understand why you are putting this on hold. If it was for metagaming/killing without demands that would be understandable. Unless you want the FULL unedited (not clipped down to 1minute POV I can provide it.) If you still have an issue with this report, close it and the other officers will make it instead.
