First of all, to start the robbery, they had 2 SAHP officers as hostages, and while they were negotiating about their demands, our spec ops team managed to cuff 5 MARABUNTA GRANDE MEMBERS (Have bodycam of all 5 cuffs). After consulting to the negotiator he CONFIRMED that he doesn't care or value information that can be given by his gangmembers and neither did it have ANY EFFECT whatsoever at the negotiation.
During the negotation, the MG side said they're asking for 300k, all 5 hostages (one of them combat logged after we arrested him and I'll provide all POVs in the links down below), all legals except 5 in the 300m radius & removal of barricades. So we are trading 2 hostages for 5 marabunta members, 2 demands (150k each) and 2 more demands (removal of barricades and people leaving zone). This seems way too unrealistic and unprofessional which shows the lack of RP this organisation has.

A REMINDER OF THE RULE THAT STATES :
1.16 During any hostage situation including (robbery of 24/7, gunshop) gangs can ask only money for a hostage.

After most demands were met, they still somehow "knew" that we were in the zone even without seeing most of the officers hiding around the area which prolonged to 20 minutes of them driving in front of the store telling our side that "we see you have more people in the area" even tho they haven't seen so many agents that were hiding and couldn't be seen. I was there myself at one of the locations and they still said they saw us without any evidence.
At the end of the gunstore there was a shootout which resulted in 3 more marabunta grande members combat logging.

So this robbery actually started off really bad because when we got to the robbery, we had about 27 gang members but we got shot by lmgs, got vdmed and the cops were full on meta gaming. I called a god but I got no response, also ink was clearly just tryna bait, asking me and just kept bugging me “so you don’t care about their lives?”. It’s rp so even in real life, we are criminals and it’s what happens I told them many times that they knew what they were getting into, I had a explanation. But I’m the end I did get my members back, I told them I didn’t care about them as much because none of them was my higher Ups but I brought the cash from 400k to 300k and got my members back, I had to show no care because if I did then the would have made it a big deal and decrease my demands and I needed all those demands to get my gang out of there so I choose my whole gang to save them 5 members that were in their custody. As I could only ask for 4 demands, I had to make that choice, as I said before, I cared about their life which I have pov of my saying but I don’t care as much because none of them were higher Ups, Ink was just tryna gas light it to make this report and kept asking me questions even though he wasn’t negotiating.

Ink stated how my members were driving around and we’re able to tell where the cops were even tho they were hiding, now I said what I heard on the radio and the fact my members told me the stuff that was actually right because your members were hiding in bushes, now it’s probably because they saw them and your members don’t know how to hide because idk what your point here is, are you suggesting that my members at hacking?

About the combat logs, the server has been weird for many days so people had been having crashed including the fib, when the robbery started like 5-7 cops crashed but I’m not gonna report them because I know what the situation was

Ink was never part of the negotiation but he kept tryna get involved, in my pov, the person I was negotiating with even stopped ink and told him to just go away but ink was kept tryna get involved so he could make this report

Want to tell me why you and 43525 are on Discord during an IC situation?
On 0:28, 0:45, 43525 is communicating on the first video.
In the second streamable video which you provided, I can hear his double voice indicating you are on Discord or another VOIP with him during an IC Situation.

I will not consider THIS COMBAT LOGGING VIDEO as valid evidence as it gets muted at 0:23 and later gets unmuted. (I want the full unedited version of it). Make a separate complaint about it.

As for "not caring about his members", I agree with Marabunta Leader that his members knew what they were getting into, Gangsters don't have to protect their own as LEO's have to because they don't have that nobility in them and they don't value their disciples that much.

Furthermore, As for the Unrealistic Demands, Marabunta Grande will be punished for not following Event Rules 1.16.

• Marabunta Grande will be punished for Event Rules 1.16
