Vick was born to a family that lived in poverty and a bad area. Vick was born and raised in Ireland but later migrated to sandy shores later on in life. His adoptive parents were ex mafia members and were on the run after defecting from them. After months of hiding the mafia found Vicks parents and offered a deal, to trade Vick for the massive debt the owe and put him to work in the gang...They had no choice but to comply.
During his time in the gang, he was given advanced weapons and driving training to out run the cops. After about 2 months of being in the gang, Vick was getting physically abused by the lower ranking mobsters and vowed that he would be stronger and stop getting bullied and fight his way up in ranks. After 6 years, he decided to defect from the gang and migrate to a new place to start fresh. Vick was not proud of the person he became in the gang....He killed so many men and smuggled so many drugs.....
The place he decided to migrate to and hide was Sandy Shores as he had heard that there were other irish in the area. While he was there he started working on one of the farms in the area to lay low as he had heard a rumor that the ex leader had followed him and was looking for him. During his time as a farmer he had seen SAHP officers in and out writing tickets and and arresting them..Cleaning up the streets so to say.
In Vicks free time, he liked to tinker with electronics and other things technical and managed to put together a mobile police scanner that he could use to listen and transmit messages across the bandwaves. This scanner came in very handy as he heard a voice on the radio talking about a tall red haired man that fit the description of the Leader of the gang he defected from. He also managed to rig a few other things together and learned to grow from there.
After a week of not hearing anything on his scanner he figured it was just nothing, One day he heard a voice on the scanner talking about the leader again and figured its got to be him. He rushed down to the HQ of SAHP and decided to let them know about leader and what hes capable of. He also let them know of his training in the mafia and asked to join to stop the man and put him behind bars where he belonged.
4 Months go by and Vick is now the leader of the SWAT team of sahp and went out to pursue the ex leader with his two teams and found him on a plantation with more immigrants forced to work for him... Vick and his team cornered the mobster and finally put justice where it belongs.
Outcomes
Due to his advanced weapons training in the mafia and his survival instincts, Vick has the ability to use any weapon allowed on duty and any weapon picked up off of the ground
Due to his advanced driving training and knowledge of Sandy Shores area and evading smugglers in the desert, Vick has the ability to outrun anyone chasing or following him by off roading
During his free time and tinkering with tech based things, Vick created a 2nd small unseen camera in his shirt pocket that records and uploads to SAHP cloud servers. He also has a prosthetic ear piece that he created that is almost unseen by most people and is able to use a mobile radio at all times.
Due to Vicks dedication to being an LEO in SAHP, he is unable to commit crimes against his fellow SAHP officers, Civilians, and LEOs from other orgs
Due to Vicks trait of having a good memory, he can guess who someone is through their mask based on the sound of their voice.
Due to background in mafia and what he has done in a previous life and his drive and dedication to his job at SAHP, Vick has gained the ability to show no fear when trying to protect his fellow SAHP Officers and Officers from other Legal Orgs.
