As seen u can see so many of them shooting towards ppl outside the zone area, they do not hesitate to make sure if ppl are inside the zone or not they just shoot u...

Upon reviewing evidence,
I have decided to Deny this report.
There is no specific zone in Leftover Components Event.
You became part of event when you had pop-up of event on right bottom.
There is no RDM either since you are around area of LOC event.
However,
ID 24960 will receive punishment for Mixing, General Rule 6.23
(Mixing - Leftover Components is IC event. Bringing Non-RP terms like 'Family warning')
(General Rule 6.23 - Pressed 'Q' in order to get to cover while reviving to Cancel out revive animation.)
