2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
- Hello world! I am interested in being the Leader of Families for many reasons. I believe gangs have been lacking real leadership in this city since Ink Lovell was running Vagos. I have been with many different orgs and gangs, as I have been in the city since April I believe that my leadership skills and love for this city will bring the stability that is much needed to the gang organizations. When it comes to adhering to the rules of the city, I spare no one in my family. Being the leader of Families would be no different.
I have been the leader of The Atkin family, now Fleeca Cartel, since my second week in city. This has come with a lot of learning experiences, but most of all, I have met a lot of wonderful people along the way. I have taken my role as a leader very seriously and I hold myself accountable, even when I am in the wrong. My love for RP would only enhance the quality of RP lacking within the gangs. Prior to and during my time as a leader of a family, I have had the opportunity to work under some great leadership. I worked for DOC under Lee and then Feather for almost two years (in game time). My first family was Hood Rich under Fluffy and than Ink with Vagos.
Along with my experience with leadership in city, IRL, I have much leadership experience. At 17, I joined the United States Navy where I served for five years and quickly climbed the ranks. After my time was up, I went back to school and found myself with SpaceX. Here too, I became management of one of the most successful aerospace companies in the world. Leadership has been a part of my DNA since my young adulthood. My approach and demeanor with people in situations is the key contributor to my family and my success in the city. Second to my family members hard work and dedication, of course.
The true definition of a great leader is bringing the best out of their people.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization:
I think the main point of focus for improving Rp within the gang would be our interaction with legal organizations. I have personally been a part of some great scenes during store robberies or hostage situations. These scenes cannot come into fruition without being knowledgeable of all the rules. When new members come to my family, they have almost no responsibilities related to the family. They are responsible for learning the rules of the city and the family, first. Same goes for the gang. I would also like to improve gang to gang relations, as there are a lot of events where we will need to work together. I also think there is a lot of RP scenes missed out on when it comes to gang interactions with each other. I will ensure our members are fully versed on gang/ghetto/event rules, so to ensure their success within the city and gang and ensure that we are bringing great RP to the city each day. I will ensure that RP does not just stop short at the event level. Making sure members are always IC and adhering to RP rules will ensure that we do our best to avoid rule breaks and disbandment.
