We were in the ghetto near mega mall when a stranger with the ID 743 got out of his car and started shooting at me. I downed ID 743 and then my gang and I revived ID 743 to rob him and let him go on about his day, he decided to not drop his carbine or cocain, instead putting armor on and attempting to pull out his gun and kill 3 of us that had him at gun point, I would like ID 743 to be punished and maybe read the rules some more since he isn't a "new" player. Thank you to whoever takes this report.
