I was in the national guard HQ and these 2 guys have been cop baiting and trespassing the base from a long time. We had asked them to leave but they seems to dont care. I spotted him on foot inside the HQ soo i coudnt shoot him. As soon as he was out of the HQ i shot him down and the other guy in the lambo did a mercy kill on him. If they deny for mercy killing and ALSO METAGAMING, Please ask both of them to upload POV. Thanks you
