Approved massive car ramming and vdm ID - 9103

Player ID 9103 just slammed into me at the Bank , then after I asked what are you doing , he started punching me and then he rammed my car for like 5 mins+ , followed me was not leaving (I was having a meeting with my family guys for business at the discord that time ), after going inside the bank he rammed my car inside the bank and also didn't left , started doing VDM when I came outside , my family guy tried to scare him with gun , so he ran away finally .
