As you can see in the POV , we have gun pointed on one of their officer and without giving any warning FIB just entered the scenerio and starting shooting.
Even you can see we warn them about the hostage and still they kept shooting on us as well as hostage ran away on a gun point

Officer who was taken as a hostage acted as he was trained, he was agreeing to the demands when gun was pointed and when you were distracted and occupied by the gun fire of spec ops he started run to take cover and safety. all was done under RP, but your side ruined it by mixing. (Also u can clearly see that it was shootout already when other agents went there, cause in the POV he was killed by bloods)
On body cam of ID 25561 all you can see is bloods and he was shooting towards bloods as soon as you and ID 16398 came over and said it was a hostage situation, he informed on org radio and stopped shooting (So did everyone else), but we couldn’t continue the rp situation as you did multiple rule breaks like mixing(Talking about Rule Breaks, FIB warnings and discussing situation on scene) and meta gaming. Then Itachi God spawned and said to continue rp, but because of the mess it was not possible and therefore both side parted ways.

Upon reviewing the evidence provided by FIB i have decided to reject this report

• No gun was pointed at the hostage so he ran away
• After FIB got to know about the hostage they stopped shooting and hostage (ID 14271) wasn't shot and killed.
• ID 13698 will receive a punishment for Mixing
