37960 : 1.4 General Rules for Green Zone

I checked what was going on as I was parked in front of the hotel (GZ). I saw some bullet trace coming from the outside to check who it was. Around 0:24 in the video, you can see ID: 37960 was holding a gun, (Green Zone on the right side of my window can be seen), then he went and hide it.

• Insufficient Evidence
• The video doesn't show 37960 shooting, it might be someone else or maybe he was the one shooting. its not clear. I will give him the benefit of doubt
