I was being shot from them and there were guys in the other side of the road of there too, middle of the street and even some in the roof, some ran to HQ but the dude in POV just shows the moment in which I was actually getting back running on my feet because someone was shooting me from the other side of the road, I couldve just drove off and they wouldnt be able to see my ID, but I actually went back to see where they were in the HQ or not, you can see that some are on the floor in the street/sidewalk indicating that they were not in their HQ before. Even if I had break any rule, guy was healing in a gun fight worse part is, I do not have POV of it.
Im an active player, been in the server for a very long time and I do not get involved in any kind of rule breaking situations, Im used to the rules, play like a LEO and since Ive been member of administration teams before I have a very deep knowledge of applying rules, I dont even go ghetto, I was driving from the car shop when I got rammed and shot,ending up in that kinda baiting situation.
With that in mind, I do understand the HQ area and would like the punishment to be reviewed, since Ive not actually ran inside the HQ or did actually act like though or talked/said anything to the players, like I really wanted to shoot/kill them inside that area. You also could see that the place where they are at is a vey "thin" space in between the zones which from a distance and getting shot at makes kind of dificult to indentify, snow does not help too, I am not trying to say that it was/was not inside the area, I am just saying that if that was, it was not more than 1/5 of the sidewalk and with the situation involving the place where it happened it makes kinda weird for them to shoot in the street and go back to the sidewalk. Even the guy healing his friend was constantly running inside and sidewalk (even though the sidewalk might be the HQ in that case) So a i.e. a guy could run to the street shoot and go back to the sidewalk.
What i am really trying to say is, if the rule was broken it couldve been for a thin fraction of time/space, in which with the "clean" past and "rule following" background of a player could be solved in another way other than that, I mean, Ive never been jailed for rule breaking evolving events/ghetto/general rules with all the time in the server. And like I said before the situation coulde been avoided just by me just not showing up there with my ID. In which makes it easy to be understood that there really was a reason for the situation to happen.
I will not suggest or say the rules are wrong, but also, making a public sidewalk/half street a HQ area in the ghetto which members of a gang can start problems, shoot and hang in the sidewalk like its a green zone is a huge gap, even more with IC reasons like "Fear for life". For situations like that in which players have no POV to prove their side it makes it hard, thats why I would like to just ask for a better understanding of the situation and maybe a better resolution of the same.
