FearRP - Homies got the whole LSPD and FIB Department on him pointing guns and just peacefully gets in the car and leaves like no ones there.

VDM - Also clear VDM , I want to point out in the clip you can clearly hear him saying to leave and "ram them" .

If u are in middle of road and blocking us there is no chance to go so thats ur mistake.
U know that we will go from that side and ur wantedly standing their to get some stuff to report.
U said that whole lspd and fib pointing guns then y we didnt got unconscious , are whole lspd and fib don't know how to fire a bullet and down us . Aren't u trained when u got on to the state legal orgs job.

• There will be no VDM, this seems like desync, it clearly show in his pov.
• When a subject is in a car, you need at least 2 cars and 4 people to pull over and make them stop, step out the car, otherwise there is no rule break.
