This guy is so abusive and he doesn't want to get arrested by an Indian people and he was so abusive towards the prison guards, these kinds of people make RP look bad.
Give him a 7 days ban if possible.

Play along with the roleplay. If you are being arrested, it is okay to be non-compliant but don't take it so far that you begin mocking or making fun of someone's accent or ethnicity. There are differences between being an antagonist in roleplay and just being obnoxiously offensive.
For FearRP specifically, just act out scenarios as you would realistically. If someone armed was giving you demands (example), you would have fear of your life and so you would comply or act in a more controlled behavior rather than lashing out.
