Rejected 1 Day bann by Phil Carater for "toxic behavior" | Mazhor

Dear Mazhor,
in the following complaint you can see how he is asked to provide the pov with the audio of his microphone but he does not have it.
As an excuse he said that he had not spoken all the time but this statement of his is not true. He was on the ground communicating with his teammates telling them my position and calling us pigs, consequently I told him not to do it, before leaving I ask my friend "how weak are these players?" and that's the reason for my bann.
In another of his pov you can see very well how the microphone is activated and deactivated (communicating with the team) but no sound is provided [(Grand Theft Auto V 2021.12.30 - 23.34.14.09_Trim (3) THIS THREAD) As u can see after every hit he comunicate with the team telling them the dmg done but still no mic sound].
I kindly ask you that the bann be removed since it is a complaint with tampered evidence, and it has been accepted anyway

Il video è stato tolto dalla persona che l'ha caricato (RomeoDellaSanta), non avendo fatto una copia di esso ti invito a rifiutare questo reclamo, ma anche di chiedere chiarimenti sul contenuto di esso a Phil Carter che ha reputato il suo contenuto come offensivo nei confronti del leader dei Ballas nonostante non ci fossero insulti ooc o comportamenti tossci con toni inadeguati del tipo "Capanterra" (Ormai celebre frase di questi soggetti).
