Rejected Player stealing from family car and griefing it by dropping on ground

So basically long story short we had a family member we thought we could trust, and sadly he let us down. He had removed multiple personal items from a family members family car and when told to return in a he decided to drop bound to player items which can be transferred via cars onto the ground where i could not pick them up as they were not personally mine. Those were Halloween items earned by a very trusted member of gov and our family. I have pov and logs to prove what was taken and what was dropped via his player id.
