Hi, Storm here, first off Happy New Years, and secondly, I was recently banned for 7 days due to rule 6.8 Implying that I spat on someone that was injured. Here is the forum report Approved - Gen Rules 6.8 + MG | ID: 80862 and this is the video used in his report 2022.01.04-15.52_Trim . I feel kind of offended because I just got covid-19 2 days ago and have been feeling terrible and having horrible throat problems where it feels clogged up so I have to clear it ever so often. In this instance I was NOT spitting nor was I intending to spit on this player, it was just terrible timing and I had my push to talk still pressed down as I began clearing my throat, which coincidentally sounds like exactly how clearing a throat would sound. I also would like to point out that even if I was intending to spit on that player it would not have sounded like that because to spit implies having to actually "SPIT" which I did not do. . I'm terribly sorry for the confusion, and I'm also very sorry to the player if he took any offence to my actions I swear I meant no wrong by it.

After watching of POV i have clearly hear ur CLEAARN and LOUD voice, and Clearly hear spit... But will reduce time of ban for this first time.
