This report is for GOV armored vehicles being used for personal use while its not in a convoy. I have been in GOV before I know that it is not allowed to use an armored vehicle to head to DOC or to go pick someone up. I had my admin panel open when I took the screenshot/clip of the incident so Kevin LeBlanc has told me to send him the evidence so I will not be posting it here.

I have reviewed the evidence. IDs 17201, 9176, and 2787 will all be punished for Violation of State Rules 1.4.
