Approved Stalling and not accepting revive | ID 7385

ID had been killed by me in a shootout at this location, I then went to give him some medical attention to him to engage in some rp with the person in question. He didn't accept any of my many revives that I offered him and kept stalling for 2 minutes until he finally bled out.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report​

• ID 7385 will receive a punishment for violation of General Rules 6.2​
• It is forbidden to leave the RP situation by refusing to continue the RP situation, not accepting / refusing first aid, leaving the game, AFK or entering in an interior and etc.
