Rejected Looting in gunfight

In the POV we can clearly see that 78423 at 0:17 looting in gunfight same as 48255 at 0:28.
In the POV you can see that im shooting 78423 but he still takes a gun also with 48255 that loots same second i got in to the cover after shooting a bullet.

Can't even tell 48255 was looting during gunfight if there's no gunfire to hear
