he was killing both gangs and legal orgs so because of that he ruined a fun event for many people including me. William also said gangs are not allowed to shoot each other in even. ID 208 was not even wearing gang clothes nor legal org clothes and even if he was acting like normal citizen he should not be there because its an dangerous event for normal citizen RPly.
