In The POV you can clearly see FIB on the roof at subs which is breaking event rule 1.15.

I was not close enough to see the ID But its clear to see them on the roof.

Not sure why the audio has corrupted but it did for the whole POV

The individual appears to have brown trousers, no balaclava and swords on their back. We do not know of anyone in the org that wears this attire so it does not appear to be a member of FIB. It is obviously a rule break but it appears to be against the wrong org.

For me it looks like they are a girl character wearing all black with the swords i will change the title to LEO's and let Gods decide
