Zach Noor was born in Brooklyn, New York at 2:00 AM on March 30th, 1990. Zach grew up in a household where the Police department was always idolized. Zach also grew up loving the police force for who they are and what they do. From a young age Zach started to get involved in the police department as much as he could. He was participating in clubs like boys in blue and many other youth programs. Zach eventually joined FIB and started to give it his all. Zach was in the FIB for around 7 years before receiving news that he would be elected as the new FIB director. Zach was amazed when he heard the news as he had been working for such a position for years and knew that his parents would be proud of him. Eventually Zach decided that he should take his younger brother, Ash Noor, into FIB to help teach him discipline and respect. For 6 months Ash went through rigorous training courses that made him a fine agent. Zach was extremely proud of his little brother and went to every operation with him just to see his little brother in action. However, all this was subject to change real soon. On January 6th at 11:49 FIB headed out to do a routine search on seize on gang territory. Zach and the remainder of FIB were completely unaware of the fact that the information on the raid had been leaked and the gang members were prepared for the seize. Upon arriving to the territory, the FIB agents were pinned down by heavy gunfire. Zach was eventually split up from the remainder of the agents and was pinned down by gang members and set to be executed on the streets. Zach's younger brother Ash came running out and started to open fire on the members that had the fate of Zach's life in their hand. That gave Zach enough time to withdraw his concealed pistol and take down the suspects. Zach was shocked to see his brother fall to the ground; he had been hit by a stray bullet.
Zach knew that there was corruption inside the legal organizations and tried his hardest to find out who leaked the information on the raid. Zach had no luck finding out who was it that leaked the raid that led to his brother's death because he felt like he lacked the right resources to do so. Zach decided right then and there that he would resign as FIB director and would instead fight fire with fire. Zach was going to find out who killed his younger brother.
