Ragnar was born in Dublin, Ireland and raised in a small town just outside of the city. Ragnar's home life wasn't exactly the best when he was younger. He grew up without his mother and his father always resented him and blamed him for the death of his wife. Ragnar always blames himself and since then has always pushed to prove himself to his father. As he grew older he got in with the wrong crowd and was driving for them and modifying their guns to be untraceable. He decided enough was enough when he found out his father was ill. After telling the crew he was done, he decided to look further into his mothers death, he learned that his mothers death wasn't his fault, he went to tell his father But before he could tell his father, he was taken from him. The house he grew up in was ransacked and nothing was left but a note "We have your father, if you want him. You know where to come". He knew the crew wouldn't let his father go but he went anyway. As he turned up his father was killed in front of him, he screamed at them in rage, taking a bullet to the head. Somehow by a miracle he wasn't killed, he woke up in hospital with fragments of what happened. This enraged him further because he couldn't remember. After recovering he moved to a new city and joined the police force turning a new leaf from his old ways. Staying there and making a new family within the department. Quickly climbing the ranks he knew this was his place. However, once the leaders term was to end, he knew the family that was there wasn't set to last so he looked forward for a new home, somewhere he could let loose and become his best self, one his mother would be proud of. He joined the FIB making new friends and eventually knew this was where he was supposed to be.
With being in the legal organisation for as long as he was, he knew that there was some level of corruption, law enforcement taking extra on the side. To gain every advantage for himself he knew what he had to do. He confronted the agent taking extras on the side and was told this "you take my place, I'm retiring. The extra cash and gear can be yours". With this approval he knew he would seize the opportunity and take everything he could.
Outcomes:
- Ragnar can take bribes up to 20k
- Ragnar can take shortcuts and get to his destination no matter the route
- Ragnar will break laws if it benefits him
- Ragnar has a hidden bodycam on him due to his knowledge of technology and the footage is saved on the cloud
