I have no idea what rules to apply to this situation that just happened to me, and I can only describe what initially happened via my own words as I had JUST logged into the game and hadn't been streaming when this all started. I can only link you to the video I did manage to stop safely enough for to pause, get to my main screen and get my twitch online and live to get *anything* I could. So I don't know if I manage to get anything done here, I just hope I'm listened to, get my report decided however possible and just have this on the record in the forums, brought as fast as I could if the player ever tried it on someone else and they needed the same kind of "he did that to me too!" past report.
At about 23:50, not long after I'd logged in and spent a small while standing behind my home (it's located on the beach set between the beach market and main entry to the GOH) texting, I go to run to the parking lot closeby. I'm there a small while working out auto needs when #75023 approaches me, instantly strange-acting in saying this super awkward "hi there". I leave my trunk inventory to say "Hi," back. Immediate request for my passport filled later, he shows me his, Minnal Dexter, #75023. He then says "I like you." while moving into me close, weird-close. Sorry that's just what it was, but... I tell him "you have a really weird approach you know, but... sorry..." and get into the car, instantly locking it. Sure enough, he'd hit F but was denied entry. He then spawned his own car near mine.
I can't make everything he said direct quotes, as his accent was thick and he seemed to be making his voice more cartoonish/modified SOME how, but the general gist was that he'd met me some time ago; that he's liked me for (whatever super-long time period); that he's been following me and watching me around the house until he "had the courage to approach me" (note: actual direct quote, in quotes, from memory). I cannot describe to you how ugly, sick and weird he was and was making what he said *sound*. As pissed-off as I've sometimes been in these situations, I was made into a panicked mess in a mere thirty seconds and felt actual fear. It only got worse when I started my car, went to leave and he began mimicking every movement while telling me that he "knew where I was going/he'd follow me". I entered the road but stopped to start a quick livestream on twitch (linked below).
I dunno why I had to go to the police, which after making sure I had his number and name (my quick stop-reverse-move closer-run at 0:44) I just went. The video goes on after telling the police what happened, but it's just me talking.
Whatever can be done, I dunno, I leave that up to you.
