Rejected Aministrator Larry_Mcavin complaint

Unfortunately i did not take a clip of the incident but i seen someone was crashing there truck into people an other vehicles at the hotel. He then moved to block the hotel spawn with his truck and get out so i decided to try and keep him from doing any more harm and i was shooting at him and hitting him with my car. I had hoped to kill him to get him away from the scene so that incase any new players came in they wouldn't be greeted with someone hitting them with a truck. I had also messaged administration but it seems larry had something better to do as he responded with and i quote "+" (proof of this in a screenshot, dm me on discord to see it.) so i took that as a oh there is nothing they can do so i moved on to take matters in my own hands and you know the rest.

I dont want in game money i just want justice as im in prison when me and player id number 97962 (i think it was dont quote me on that) should both be in jail because we both did something wrong. I tried to kill him in a green zone and i was driving irrationally, and he was being very rude destroying cars and blocking the experience for new players. but no i am in jail for 2 hours while he is probably out there still trolling.

what about the lives of all the people after recklessly driving his truck through the parking lot or the state of my taxi after that guy was slamming into it to get it up the stairs and into the doorway?
