I made a reply in the forum. The guy was in ballas. He wasn't even in families. We were in a pursuit with him for quite a minute. He slid into the HQ i didnt realize it was hq until he said something. I had put my gun away and got in my car when he said something about it. We were a step from the outside of the HQ. I wouldnt do it intentionally.

it does not matter if a Player is in that Gang or not as long as its not your Gangs HQ , you are not allowed to shoot from inside the HQ, even on your own Gangs HQ you need to give demands and if they do not comply, then you have the rights to shoot and kill.
Your warning will be removed This time but the jail time stays.
make sure to know the gangs HQ and the Rules of it.​
