Kayleigh grew up in a military family, where the routine was repetitive and structured day in and out. Her parents strictly made her address them as Sir and Maam or would ignore her. The callous treatment and upbringing made her emotional toward her feelings of parents who wouldn't connect with her as a person and she grew to have feelings of mistrust with her relationships in life. Upon reaching the age of 18 she moved out and came to Los Santos, there, she broke out of the mold and joined the gang "The Families" where she was taken in under the wing of the Dejigalo crime family. She met what would become a distant relative to her Jay Dejigalo and stuck to him as she gave him the feelings of having her first family that every connected with her, a brother. During her time and the things Jay and the Dejigalo family would teach her, she because a patient killer who would flip and aggressive switch and cold bloodedly kill when told to. Her skepticism lead to her using very inquisitive and heartless means to reach her goals. She would once have captured an LEO officer and cut off his fingers to elicit a response, send a message, and ultimately achieve ransom for the officer. After some time gang activity in the city would die down and the balance of power would shift. The head of the Dejigalo family would leave on an unannounced vacation, to later come back and inform his family of their newest venture to crush their enemies. As Ross took his place at the head of FIB, he reached out to his children and hand placed them all as his most trusted in FIB. He would put Kayleigh in charge of HR to ensure that she would use her aggressive and inquisitive nature to root out any snakes attempting to infiltrate the organization. Having joined FIB Ross wiped the record of every member of the Dejigalos and even changed some of their identities. Now assuming the surname LeBlanc, she would be inconspicuous and hard to recognize to people who once may have known and feared her. A new chapter of FIB would take place, where the ultimate goal was to uproot the evil in the city using legal means instead of illegal as a way to crush the enemies of the Dejigalo family.
