Johnny Green was born to a family that didn't love him and put him up for adoption a few hours after birth. He grew up with his adopted family in Vice City. He's adoptive parents always abused him as a child. He joined a gang when he was 16 opening his eyes to a new dark world. During his time in the gang, he was given advanced weapons and driving training to out run the cops. After 8 months of training, Johnny was getting physically abused by his adoptive parents because he snuck out late at night to go to a party with his friends. After they were done, he went to his room pulled out his gun hidden under is bed and killed both his adoptive parents which spiraled him into having mental health issues and getting in trouble with police in Vice City. After 3 years, he decided to leave his gang life behind and get help with his mental health issues. He spent 1 year getting over his mental health issues and decided he wanted a fresh start in a new city.
The city he decided to move to was Los Santos. When he was there, he started doing basic jobs and eventually became a taxi driver. During his time as a taxi driver, he met FIB agents who were looking for a taxi cab serial killer. The name of the killer was Johnathon White, a good friend of Johnny and introduced him to the city. He couldn't believe it he didn't know what to do. So he decided to make the good decision and help out the FIB who would eventually catch and arrest Johnathon. After this event, it became Johnny's dream to be apart of FIB and help catch the most wanted criminals in Los Santos. He didn't know where to start but, he heard from other taxi drivers about a SAHP recruitment drive coming up. So he applied and got and interview and was approved to be come a officer at SAHP where he is currently working. As he tries to gains as much experience as possible so he can eventually become an FIB agent. He has also grown to accept people again into his life and considers the workers of SAHP his family. During his time in SAHP, Johnny Green was fired by Former Sheriff Phil Roberts which led him to take a job as a electrician for some time. Then, he was able to get his original job back in SAHP once he found out that Phil Roberts had been relieved of his sheriff duties by the state. He was brought back in by Sheriff Larry Mcgavin and wants to continue his journey in SAHP. Which led him to the decision to delay his dreams of becoming an FIB and continue his work in SAHP for as long as possible. After 2 months in SAHP, Johnny has become Chief of Special Agents and has a worked very closely with Chief Rebekah Mclong on detective cases. Since then, Rebekah has become new sheriff of SAHP and Johnny is currently looking for a new partner to work with on detective cases. Since then Johnny has found a new partner a LSPD transfer, Benjamin StPatrick, who has risen through the ranks to become Johnny’s right hand man in leading the Special Agents Division. Unfortunately, their time was cut short due to 2 weeks of SAHP disbandment. During the disbandment, Johnny got invited to join LSPD as a Senior Detective from their Chief, Gabi Tosca. He joined and started to take notes on the LSPD detectives department to see what things he could bring to SAHP Special Agents Division if he does go back to SAHP as Chief of Special Agents. Not only does Johnny take notes on the detectives department but, he also starts building friendships with those within LSPD. While Johnny was working one day, he overheard that a new SAHP sheriff was in the process of being selected. At first, Johnny thought that he wouldn’t be selected for an interview for the position so he decided not to place an application for the position. His thoughts started to quickly change once he realized that he had all the skills needed to become sheriff. So he decided to place an application for the position and a few days later he would receive an unknown letter in his mailbox stating that he had been accepted for an interview. Johnny immediately realized that if he wanted the position that he would have to study up on all the laws set in place by the government as well as the commandments set in place by the gods. Over the next few days, Johnny would start juggling between his job as a LSPD detective and studying for the leadership position. During this time, Johnny would be promoted to Lieutenant of Detectives in LSPD by Major of Detectives Its Raditz. Knowing that he would have to resign from his position to go back to SAHP. Then the day of the interview came, Johnny was very nervous through out the interview because he thought the sheriff had already been selected even before the interviews had started. This would also increase Johnny’s determination to convince his interviewers that he was the best fit for the position even though they had already selected the leader. Unfortunately, Johnny was unable to get the position which made him disappointed but, he also was given hope that he could possibly become sheriff in the future. The person selected for the Sheriff position was Ryan Slater, Johnny’s hirer from when he first joined the organization. After the interview, Johnny gave his letter of resignation to LSPD and was reinstated as Chief of Special Agents in SAHP. Johnny is excited to see how his future of SAHP will go and can’t wait start patrolling the Highways of San Andres again.
The new term started great for Johnny until he was given 2 strikes for doing his job as a Special Agent. He also started noticing that he no longer had an opinion in HC as a chief. He also noticed that a lot of the changes that were happening to his division but, he had no say in them. They just started happening because of the Sheriff who had the power to do so as leader of the organization. Johnny then learned of the biggest change happening to his division and tried to oppose the idea. He unfortunately was unable to oppose the idea because he was told by the Sheriff Ryan Slater that anyone who opposed his plans can leave and he'd be willing to send a recommendation letter to FIB. Shortly after getting this message, Johnny decided to start limiting his time dedicated to SAHP and focus on what he wants to do in the future. This ultimately came to the realization that he needed to get out of the SAHP organization as under the new management wasn't going to be good for Johnny and his mental health. A day later, he was approached by the LSPD Chief asking him to join back LSPD for the rest of her term. Johnny reluctantly declined because SAHP was his home and his family, He didn't want to leave it. A couple days later, Johnny had learned that his division was going to be temporarily inactive so the organization could focus on recruitment and training. This was yet again announced by the Sheriff and Johnny had no say in the matter, which he greatly opposed. This led Johnny to go off duty immediately to think about whether or not he wants to stay in SAHP as well as go on a trip to his old friends in Vice City. On the way back from his trip, Johnny decides to leave and starts to privately email all of his closest colleagues that once his plane landed that he would be turning his badge and retiring from his position. He also privately emails Amy Pickens saying that he wants her to take over the position that Johnny is currently retiring from. Johnny then starts writing out his farewell letter to all the employees of the organization expressing why he is leaving and everything they need to know He also begins to write out his resignation papers to hand to a Chief or above. He then receives a private email from the sheriff asking if he was leaving and Johnny confirms it. His roles are immediately stripped from the email and angers Johnny since he wouldn't be able to send his farewell privately to all the SAHP employees. He starts to blow up in a public email channel and says somethings he regrets as well as keeps getting fueled by the Sheriffs responses. In the end, he sends out his farewell letter and goes to sleep for the rest of his plane ride from his trip back from Vice City. When Johnny arrives in the afternoon at LSIA, he drives up to SAHP to go retire his badge. When he arrives, he gets informed by Adel, the SAHP receptionist, that he had been fired from the organization. No reason for the firing was given by Adel and Johnny is once again lights up in flames of anger.
Shortly after calming down in his home in Paleto, Johnny decides to go to LSPD and see if he can join back for the rest Chief Gabi's term. He joins back LSPD as a Senior Detective and heads down to the Capitol to talk to a lawyer. He's greeted by James Chopper a lawyer and asks him if he can figure out why Johnny was fired from SAHP. They go down to SAHP HQ and figure out everything. Johnny then starts making amends with his former HC colleagues saying that he's not trying to target them for anything. The beef is just between Johnny Green and Ryan Slater. Johnny and his lawyer find out that Johnny had been fired by the sheriff because he wanted to leave the organization. Johnny then asks his old buddy, Trey Windsor, if he could hand him a copy of his firing log. Trey agrees and hands him a copy. Johnny and his lawyer leave from SAHP and Johnny immediately wants to sue SAHP for wrongful termination as well as Ryan Slater for Falsification of Legal Documents. This unfortunately never became a real lawsuit since James was unable to submit the court documents needed for a lawsuit. Now, Johnny is doing his job in LSPD and even gained a massive promotion to Captain of Detectives. He's also slowly waiting for the Chief Gabi's term to end so he can go apply for FIB and finally achieve his dream of becoming an agent.
