Luna Marcellus was born into the dark ghetto parts of New York, in a family of hardworking daily wage parents. Her childhood wasn’t like her privileged friends, rather had a really hard time growing and struggling at such a young age. Her parents weren’t earning that much to satisfy their needs. That indulged Luna into taking the hard ways of small hustles and stealing. Only with a small friend circle and some cash in hand, she used to run her daily expenses with small hustles or any type of work she was able to do. Eventually her parents went sick and old, which landed a huge responsibility on Luna. She did whatever she could to provide them care and comfort.
Life took a toll on her when her only best friend, who was just going on her way to work, was killed by a thug, cold blooded in the streets of ghetto. Her life was shocked and it was that moment when she decided to take revenge. She had nothing but just a glimpse of the killed, who killed her and got away. She was powerless. It was that time when she decided to take the path of LSPD. She was deeply determined that if she gets into LSPD, she will get all the help she needs to get to the depth of the matter, the thugs, their hangouts, their hoods and wait for the right moment to get them red handed. Even though her background was different, her ways were more of a criminal, more illegal, but she didn't have any other ways. So with that, she started a new journey with FIB.
Luna had a lot of self training which mostly included mixed martial arts. But after joining FIB,she received a lot of training which included background checks, skills, thought processing, and a lot of physical training which included SWAT forces tech training, undercover agent. She completed all of them without any complications.
She started her duty on a regular basis, slowly getting experienced in the field, getting to know more every day passed by. Her mind was still dark as she was used to the criminal life, but from outside, she managed to keep a face to hide her past. Slowly she went deep into the ghettos, busted out thugs red handed with her team with no fear of getting killed on duty due to the danger she faces everyday. Revenge always ran in her blood with a bit of criminality. After doing some time serving FIB she landed a respectable rank in FIB an HOD SPEC OPS. She was well known in the streets, especially with locals for her bravery. Now, it was time she took the help of resources and information she needed to get to the depths of the ghetto to find the responsible thugs.
1. Receive bribes when necessary (up to 100k).
2. Go to Ghetto while off duty/Undercover and hang out with he's old Criminal friends in illegal activities(including ones with tattoos)
3. Pick up illegal guns from operations and sell them in Black Market for profit.s.
4. Providing Classified Information to gangs in exchange of money.
5. Using advanced technology by a recording device that transplanted inside he's eye which is recording all time long and connect to he's private cloud for anytime he needs to use the records.
6. Buy and use illegal items (Drugs , Guns etc.. from Black Market).
7. Can release prisoners , Reduce their time , or help in any thing they need in jail/arrest depends on mood or for a bribe.
8. Will be able to do criminal activities with he's family or any family he's in it.
9. Using advanced technology of tiny private antenna which will be connect to the PDA and provide him information anytime he needs it.
10. Instead of confiscating items he will be able to take the illegal items for himself.
11. Will be able to use the Radio off duty to achieve any information he needs(listen only).
12. Recognize people's voices according to he's bodycam records that was analyzed after any operation or activity.
13. Can Take FIB weapons off duty and and ONLY use them for personal use (Not Selling , According to 6.3 , Only to shoot for personal reasons)
