I was following this vehicule, because we had 10-10s with a pink 2 door, once arrive i gave verbal demands for him to exit out of the vehicule as u can hear in the pov he states to me that hes in a voice call (meta) i have my gun aimed at him asking him to exit vehicule hes not exiting (failrp,fearp) he is not replying to me and staying in vehicule ( stalling )


then id 46141 decided to cr me and kill me

Listen, no metagaming went on I am pissed because I am getting fuel for my car. You're trying to pull me over in a car you can't even do traffic stops in yes I was in a voice call with friends nothing to do with GRP. I even said im in a call to go out my way and mute you really think I can get people to teleport to me within 5 seconds of you giving me "demands" you're deluded my friend.

I do not have PoV as I didn;t think it was needed. I haven't done anything wrong I did not metagame and it would be completely a disrespect to even think I did...

5.1 All those state organisations can arrest a person if they suspected him of a criminal activity.
5.2 LSPD/SAHP/FIB cannot stop a person, search him or ask for passport without an IC reason. (he gives an IC reason there, he wasnt even arresting, just asked for passport)
5.3 LSPD/SAHP/FIB could use weapons if a role-play situation requires it.
