Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.

• ID 108358 will receive a punishment for CR.
• ID 101720, 75680 will receive a punishment for Mixing.

ID 51706 won't receive any punishment, it seems like an accident because you guys were standing in the middle of the road.
