Reviewed Demorgan for NON RP CUFFING & DRAGGING BY THE ARMS

I got into demorgan for non rp cuffing and dragging by the arm according to this thread Approved - GOV NON RP CUFFING & NON RP GRABBING BY ARMS | 101720 as you can see by his evidence first of all he is all tabbed. Second of all just look at my POV. I don't get why my pov doesnt get asked first, you guys know that everyone in gov while working needs to be having bodycam footage.

As a follow up on the last message, I just wanna make clear that I don't think it's the gods fault in any way. I just wanna make clear that whenever this error occurs again you can always ask me for bodycam footage first cause I would always have it running within DOC.
